God’s Plan in The Midst Tragety

Hello Friends, sometimes life can seem like it’s going in the opposite direction from what we have planned, or even from what we believe God has intended for us. When we go through tragedy, we can feel as if God has forgotten us or has not fulfilled the things we know He has promised us. Tragedies can leave us feeling confused and even angry and bitter towards God because we feel as if He has failed us.

God tells Jeremiah the prophet, as recorded in Jeremiah 29:11 NIV, “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Friends, we are God’s children just like Jeremiah and he speaks the same words to us today. We must come to the place in our knowledge and understanding where we mature to the point that no matter what we go through in this world that God has good plans for us. We must not allow our human emotions to cause us to turn against God. But know that God is faithful to every promise that he has made to you.

Not because you are going through difficult times means that God has forsaken you. Know that He is working behind the scenes of every difficult situation to bring you total victory. Stand fast in your faith in God. Be bold and confess His words to you. He loves you and will never allow you to be destroyed by the enemy. Think of Job and all he went through in just one day. God restored him and gave him back everything he lost and more. So be encouraged to know that God will do the same for you. Amen.

Peace and Love
