The Lord asked Moses a question when Moses was doubtful about God using him to deliver the people of Israel out of Egypt. Moses knew what he would be up against and the hard task ahead of him. But so did God. The question was, “What is that in your hand?” “Moses answered, a rod.” Exodus 4:2.
Friends, When the Lord calls you to a task, He will equip you with whatever you need to fulfill that task. No matter the circumstances of your assignment, God will ensure that His Will will be done through you. You do not have to be afraid, just trust the Lord and use what He has placed in your hand. Remember it is He who called you to it, therefore, it will not be in your own power, but in the power He will provide for you. As you begin to move in obedience to His will, you will begin to see His hand in situations as He causes you to overcome every obstacle in front of you.
Sometimes, most times as a matter of fact, it will seem near impossible in your human understanding and capabilities to do what God has instructed you to do. However, as you step out in your calling, you will recognize what God can do through you. You will see His will unfold right before your eyes. Everything that He has spoken for you to do will come to pass. You do not have to be afraid. Just use what He has equipped you with and He will do the rest.
Remember friends, as He was with Moses, and everyone else He has assigned to do His work, so will He be with you. Yes!!! you will have opposition, But know that God is a victorious God and He will give you the victory because you are representing Him. When you encounter hardship, trials, ridicule, conflicts, and all the negatives, know that God will see you through. No weapon formed against you will prosper, and every accusation that comes against you is condemned Isaiah 54:17, because you are serving the Most High. When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of God will blow him away, Isaiah 59:19. You have divine protection. PRAISE HIS NAME!!!
Be encouraged today that God will complete the work He started in you. He is the Author and the finisher of your faith. He will never leave nor forsake you. He will provide for you in every way. His name will be glorified in your life and in the earth.
