You are not too high to be humble;
You are not too low to be proud.
God tests the high and mighty, and He tests the poor and low. He is no respecter of persons, and there is no in-between with Him. You are either hot or you are cold, or…..you need to make a change.
You see, you cannot be both…….., so make your choice ( I pray you make it soon). Remain the same, or make a change. Cold stays stagnant; heat keeps moving. What do you choose to be?
I say, “Choose to be hot.” Lukewarm is a no no….. Or, Christ will spit you out His mouth, (Revelation 3:16). If God’s Spirit is in you, fan the source of your flame. Be obedient to His word and you will NEVER be the same. The same old cold, stagnant, spirituality unproductive, hateful, fearful you you use to be. Now you are a flame. A flame burning bright by the Grace of God. Bringing love, life and light to a cold and dark world.
Coldness, and lukewarmness does affect productive change, but heat does. God is a consuming fire my friend, and You will never get to see Him, or enjoy His eternal presence when your heart is cold and hard. So break your ice, by drawing near to Him, (Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded, James 4:8). His love will melt the coldness away He will give you a heart that beats for Him. A heart of flesh.
