Hello friends, we need to approach the throne of God boldly to help us in our hour of need. Hebrews 4:16 says, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help us in time of need. God did not design us to live our lives without Him. There is a void in man that can only be filled by the one who created him. The Sovereign Lord. Therefore, we are going to need His help and intervention in our lives, on a day to day basis. God already knows that He has to deal with our sins and sinful nature, so He gave us the solution for our sin problem. It is Salvation through Jesus Christ.
Friends, we can now come boldly before the throne of God. Because of Jesus Christ, we no longer need to be ashamed to approach God for ourselves no matter what we have done. We go before Him so that He can give us all that we need to function wholesomely in this falleen world. Think of this senario from an earthly perspective; a Sovereign God (there is only one 1Corinthians 8:6), giving man (God created man, Genesis 2:7), access to His throne at any hour of the day, and do it with boldness. What earthly king would allow you to do that? There is much protocol to follow and you may also be rejected depending on who you are. But, OUR SOVEREIGN FATHER tells us to come boldly. God is complete in His love for us.
Friends, God understands that sometimes we make mistakes, and as a result we feel too ashamed to go to God about it. However, the real mistake will be to not go before the Lord for the help that you need because of the mistake/s you made. He says come boldly. If God is your Father, you already have His permission. Jesus told us a parable in Luke 18:1, He said that man should always pray and not faint. If your prayers become fint, then so will you. Life is happening, there are many confusions and disturbing issues. We face a lot of challenges in our personal lives as well. Whether we are dealing with the consequences of our actions, or just unexpected issues, we need to go boldly. How else are you going to get the help that you need if you do not ask for it. Go boldly and don’t be lazy about going. It is for your benefit anyway.
Be encouraged today friends. Go approach His throne Boldly. It is your right as His child. No one can stop you, only sin can seperate you from Him, and remember he already provided forgiveness for you. So go boldly before the throne of Grace, so that you will obtain the mercy and grace that you need to help you live life successfully.
